Time runs out quickly, as we run through the sand of our hourglass,
Figure it all out before we lay deeply, with another. No greener over here, turns out.
The blur of each day soothing us, no time to gift ourselves the present, feel our breath and fingers,
The heart we wear still needs to work. Calm the mind and caress her.
Why try? Is creed and conviction a fantasy we idolise, or a rancorous crutch?
Why not? Candles and closed eyes are but handles to open doors, after all.
That said, when is fate destined? Can destiny be fatal? Faith has all the answers,
Sway with the breeze and find Him or Her or Yourself. Where’s the difference?
We are all equal, with our throat against the mirror’s edge. Take another look.
Nothing matters, yet Everything will one day.
Share your tales if you want to. Enjoy others, too.
But know they are only stories, fiction at best. Unconscious deceit.
The greatest stories are renowned, but for how long and by how many?
Connections are memorialised.
Better to forget to take pictures than have nothing but.
Control is illusionary, we take what we can get!
There aren’t enough trips ‘round the Sun to fully form,
But Andy says Weir closer than you think. Have hope, chin up.
One more Sunset and two more sleeps ‘til the Boulevard.
Then the fun begins!
Death means nothing to those who have lived, so live.
Then Die. And do it all over again.
