Founded over 100 years ago, Smiths Magazine is the official campus publication of Goldsmiths College, London. We aim to provide an accessible outlet for writing, design and photography to all current students across our in-print editions and online platforms. Whether it’s cultural commentary, poetry, media reviews, editorial spreads or think pieces, we welcome submissions in any medium, regardless of your year of study, programme or department. We also host in-person events in the hopes of fostering a close-knit, like-minded creatively driven community.
The magazine is printed once per term, and is made available where advertised on our socials (follow us on Instagram and Substack to stay up to date!). If you have an idea for an article or art piece, or simply want to find out more about the magazine, contact us at smiths@goldsmithssu.org.
